Métis Trading Post Return & Refund Policy

At Métis Trading Post, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

  • Final sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Métis Trading Post will cover return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at store@mnbc.ca with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at store@mnbc.ca.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
