  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If applicable, this will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99 before taxes and after discounts.

We currently offer shipping across Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. For shipping rates of artwork and sculpture pieces, please contact us at store@mnbc.ca.      

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s status.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your package is shipped.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

  • U.S. customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by U.S. customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Métis Trading Post is not responsible for any customs-related fees.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number and contact the carrier first.

  • If your package has been lost or not updated in 15+ business days, please email us at store@mnbc.ca for assistance.
