Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artists and creators using mastered technical processes and high-quality materials. These handmade items are unique and often made in small batches, which means you're getting something truly special and not mass-produced.
We collaborate with independent Métis Artists and business owners across BC and Canada. Each Artist is compensated fairly and all of our collections go back to supporting small business, MNBC and our local communities.
Yes! Many of the Artists offer customization. Check out the Artist Directory, gallery and product pages and contact the Artist directly to discuss your request.
Shipping times vary depending on location and the item, especially for made-to-order or customized products. Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout or from the artist who is custom creating something for you.
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs and times will vary based on destination. Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Custom or personalized items are typically non-refundable. Please review our full Return Policy.
